5. Investor Data Room & Confidentiality

Access to our Investor Data Room is restricted to verified investors who have completed the registration and verification process. By accessing the Investor Data Room, you agree to:

• Execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before accessing confidential project data
• Not copy, download, screenshot, record, or otherwise reproduce any confidential materials
• Not share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information to third parties
• Use the information solely for evaluating potential investment opportunities
• Comply with all security measures including watermarking and session controls
• Accept that violation of these terms may result in immediate access revocation and legal action
